Leadership
Organizations are only as effective as their leadership, be that board or staff. My leadership experience, fifteen years as a National Outdoor Leadership School Instructor, thirteen years running program areas for The Nature Conservancy, seven years as Executive Director of the Greater Yellowstone Coalition and leadership positions on many non-profit boards, gives me insights into assessing, advising and training leaders to be their best. I especially enjoy mentoring emerging women leaders.
